Our services and website are intended for U.S. users only.  HIP follows all applicable standards of licensed employment agencies in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and complies with all applicable state regulations regarding data handling and client confidentiality.

• LinkedIn profiles and other publicly available career data

We retain client data for at least 36 months from the date of last active engagement, which is defined as any form of communication from the individual whose information is stored — unless that communication explicitly, or through clear implication, requests permanent disconnection (e.g., “Do not contact me again”).

Examples of active engagement include statements such as “call me next year” or “let’s reconnect after the holidays,” which indicate continued interest in staying in touch.

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us directly, except that which is required by law to be kept on file for specified durations.
