  • Strategy and support for interviews and negotiation (if and when they happen)

❓ Why are some fees upfront and some conditional?

The upfront fee packages (Readiness & Roadmap + Career Advocacy) are both a mutual commitment and an exchange of value for deliverables we can control.  It shows you’re serious about making a change — and it tells us to show up prepared to deliver real value.  You’re putting something on the line, and so are we.  If we can’t meet your expectations in every single meeting, the decision to continue is completely up to you.  The fees for Last Mile Strategic Planning services are conditional because although we can guide and massage the final outcome i.e. tip the odds in your favor...  we can't control the final outcome.

Yes.  All services are delivered remotely — via computer, phone, video, and email.

❓ How does pricing work?

We keep things straightforward:

 

  • DIY Guide:  Free

  • $1,000 refundable: Readiness and Roadmap Fee

  • $500/month for up to 3 months of active marketing — Career Advocacy Fee

  • $250/month thereafter (if you choose to continue)

  • $2,500 placement fee only if you’re hired by a targeted company elected for:  Last Mile Strategic Planning — Interview Prep & Negotiation Prep

You’ll get a follow up email with instructions on next steps — Scheduling the next meeting, Summary of Expectations and a Timeline.

❓ Can I cancel if things change?

Yes. You can cancel the Readiness & Roadmap package anytime before delivery and you can cancel the Career Advocacy package anytime to prevent future billing.

 

Cancellation is simple, accepted via email or the portal.

❓ How do refunds work?

If you cancel during one of the designated review windows, a portion of your deposit or next-stage payment may be refundable.

 

  • Refunds typically take 1–2 business days to process internally, and 3–5 business days to be executed by your bank.

  • All cancellation requests must be time-stamped and submitted via email or portal.

No — and we believe anyone who does is making promises they can’t keep.
