Hiring an outside HR or talent resource requires trust. HIP keeps peace of mind simple.

For engagements with a minimum 14-day / 80-hour commitment:
 

• First Day: If the fit is not right after the first day, you may end the engagement and receive a 100% refund of fees paid.

• First Week: If the fit is not right within the first week, you may end the engagement and receive a 50% refund of fees paid for that first week.
   

The purpose is to give your team confidence to move forward without feeling locked into the wrong support.
 
This accountability commitment applies to "professional fit" and "working alignment" during the initial engagement period. Any final terms will be reflected in the engagement agreement.

Commitment
